We deal with every appointment on a case by case basis. If you need to cancel your appointment just give us a call and we will work with you.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your wash windows?


Only on request, but there is an additional charge.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


We handle all of our appointments on a case by case basis. We know that things can happen unexpectedly all we ask is that you keep in contact with us.
